Itinerary

Day 1:

Arrival in Nairobi, Kenya

Welcome to Kenya! Upon arrival at Nairobi’s airport and completion of customs and immigration, you will be warmly greeted by an Endless Safaris representative. You’ll be transferred to the luxurious Hemingway’s Nairobi, a boutique hotel located in the serene Karen suburb. Enjoy the elegant suites with breathtaking views of the Ngong Hills.

Day 2:

Samburu Game Reserve

After a hearty breakfast, set off on a scenic drive to the Samburu Game Reserve. Check in to the Elephant Bedroom Tented Camp, beautifully situated along the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River. After lunch, embark on your first game drive with your Safari Guide. The river is a lifeline for the reserve, attracting diverse wildlife while predators wait nearby. You’ll also encounter the semi- nomadic Samburu people during your stay.

Days 3 & 4:

Explore Samburu Game Reserve

Spend two thrilling days in Samburu, a semi-arid reserve celebrated for its unique wildlife. Seek out the ‘special five’—Reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk—all species native to this region. With a bit of luck, you might even spot a leopard stealthily navigating the riverbanks.

Day 5:

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. From there, connect to your flight to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Upon arrival, a short flight will take you to the Manyara airstrip, where your Tanzania Safari Guide will meet you and drive you to the Lemala Ngorongoro Tented Camp.

Day 6:

Ngorongoro Crater

Experience a full day of wildlife exploration in the Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy a picnic lunch while you spot elephants, buffaloes, lions, flamingos, antelopes, and the rare black rhino. You may also see Maasai herdsmen, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the region.

Day 7:

Northern Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, head to the Lake Manyara airstrip for your flight to the northern Serengeti. This area is renowned for its diverse wildlife, including zebras, gazelles, lions, leopards, giraffes, hyenas, and buffaloes.

Days 8 & 9:

Serengeti National Park - The “Big Five”

Immerse yourself in the Serengeti for two days filled with adventure. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, giving you plenty of chances to witness the iconic "Big Five." Relax at the lodge with panoramic views of the plains, and end your days sharing stories over dinner with fellow safari enthusiasts.

Day 10:

Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your flight to the Masai Mara. Upon arrival at Olkiombo Airstrip, a representative will escort you to your luxury tented camp. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in this world-famous reserve.

Days 11 - 13:

Masai Mara Game Reserve

Renowned for its incredible wildlife density, the Masai Mara offers daily game drives across vast savannahs, showcasing thrilling predator-prey interactions. Optional activities include a hot air balloon ride with a champagne breakfast or a scenic flight to Lake Victoria. Conclude your Mara adventure with a memorable dinner by the banks of the Mara River.

Day 14:

Departure from Nairobi

After breakfast, fly back to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport. A dayroom at Hemingway’s Nairobi will be provided for your comfort before your transfer to the international airport for your departure.
