1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Endless Safaris ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Endless Safaris website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due prior to the commencement of your safari. We accept payments via bank transfer and credit card. All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@endlesssafaris.com. Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit is forfeited.
• 60-30 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost is non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total booking cost is non-refundable.

Please note that third-party costs (such as gorilla permits or international flight tickets) are non-refundable immediately upon booking.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money, and public liability before you travel. Endless Safaris reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from a tour if they do not have adequate insurance.

5. Health & Safety

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. You should consult your doctor regarding any medical conditions.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter itineraries and arrange alternative accommodation if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns.

7. Choice of Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
